This photo is from back when I used to sometimes put on a tie and testify as an expert witness on energy planning and policy. Over the years I testified in more than 100 cases on behalf of government and public interest clients. Here I’m in DC getting ready to testify about carbon prices before the US House of Representatives Subcommittee on Energy and Power.
